David Marshall Sr.
David Marshall Sr. is a U.S. Air Force veteran, retired police officer, pastor, and conservative state legislator who has spent his life serving others with courage and conviction. After decades in law enforcement and ministry, he was elected to the Arizona House of Representatives to fight for faith, family, and freedom — and now he’s running for the Corporation Commission to stop utility rate hikes, defend rural Arizona, and restore public trust.
Dr. Ralph Heap
Dr. Ralph Heap is a fourth-generation Arizonan, orthopedic surgeon of 40 years, medical missionary, and current state representative who brings wisdom, compassion, and conservative values to public service. With a lifelong record of helping others — from the operating room to global medical missions — he’s running for the Corporation Commission to bring transparency, protect ratepayers, and block woke energy policies that threaten Arizona’s future.
